Scans & matches
Run scans from the Scan Hub. Overlap alerts are private and anonymous — they only appear when two members independently add the same person.
Safety
Turn on Safe Date Mode in Tools to share live status, set check-ins, and send an alert to your trusted circle. Roster is not an emergency service; alerts are not monitored or guaranteed. Call 911 if you are in immediate danger.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Billing is handled by the store, not by Roster.

Frequently asked
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your store account: App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Advanced → Proceed to Delete, then follow the confirmation prompts. Can't sign in? Email help@myrosterapp.com. Full details on our account deletion page.
Can I get my data back after deleting?
No — deletion is permanent. Before deleting, open Settings → Security & Safety → Export My Data to save a copy of the data Roster servers hold, and use Export my roster on that screen to save your roster from your device.
Why are my partner details showing as locked?
Private fields — contact details, social and payment handles, notes, ratings, birthdays and other private details — are encrypted with a key held on your device. Basic display details like name and photo are stored readable so sharing and Tea Rooms work. If you sign in on a new device, private fields stay locked until your key is available there, or until you restore it with Cloud Recovery if you turned that on. This is by design: unless you turn on Cloud Recovery, we can't read those private fields either.
Is Roster a dating app?
No — you don't meet new people on Roster. It's a private relationship manager for organizing the dating life you already have, plus safety tools.
