Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your store account: App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current period.

Your roster is end-to-end encrypted with a key held on your device. If you sign in on a new device, private fields stay locked until your key is available there. This is by design — it means we can't read your most sensitive data either.
